Description : Litchi is a sub-tropical fruit that thrives best under moist climate. It usually prefers low elevation and can be grown upto altitude moderate. It is usually eaten fresh but can also be canned or dried. Its fresh pulp has a aromatic and musky flavour and the dried pulp is acidic and very sweet.
