Haldirams Namkeen - Bhujia Sev

Haldirams Bhujia Sev is a mildly spicy and deep fried sev made up of tepary bean and gram flour. This savory snack adds texture and seasoning to classic Indian snack dishes like Upma, Poha and Chaat. Bhujia Sev is also eaten as an individual tea-time snack. It is nutritious and high in protein.

Ingredients : It is made with Tepary Beans (Moth dal) Flour, Refined Cottonseed Oil, Beni (Besan), Iodised Salt, Red Chili Powder, Clove Powder, Black Pepper, Dried Ginger Ron. Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Nutmeg & Cinnamon .
