Vegetables are rich in dietary fibre, a type of carb that helps pass food through our alimentary canal. Studies show that fibre also improves vitamin and mineral absorption in the body which could potentially increase your daily energy levels.

1 bread loaf

2 tbsp butter

¾ cup grated cheese

2 tbsp finely chopped onions

2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum

2 tbsp finely chopped tomato, remove pulp

2 tbsp corn kernels 

1 tbsp olive oil or cream 

4 to 5 fresh basil leaves 

2 tbsp chopped coriander

½  tbsp chili flakes 

½ tbsp oregano 

¼ tbsp paper 

A pinch of salt 

1 tbsp mustard paste

First you'll have to cut the bread into thick diagonal slices. Next apply butter and grill with the buttered side up till golden brown.Then  mix all the ingredients of the topping lightly in a bowl. Pile the topping on the un toasted side of the bread. Place bread under a grill for 3-4 minutes and grill till the cheese melts and serve!
