INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 Nos Tangadi skinless chicken 
  2. Hung Curd (1/2 cup)
  3. 1/2 tsp pink salt
  4. ½ tsp regular salt
  5. 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  6. ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  7. ¾ tsp cumin powder
  8. 2 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  10. 1/2 tsp chaat masala 
  11. 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
  12. 1/2 tsp black crush pepper
  13. 1/2 tsp kasoori methi pdr
  14. lemon if required
  15. Chicken mince 100gm
  16. chilly powder 1 tsp
  17. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  18. garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  19. cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  20. Amul cheese 40 gm
  21. salt as per taste
  22. fresh coriander 2gm
  23. ghee 5 gm
  24. onion 5 gm

PREPARATION

  1. Take a pan heat pan add ghee add onion saute till golden brown. Then add chicken mince and other ingredients and cook well. keep aside. 
  2. Add amul cheese and Mix well in Tandoori red Masala.
  3. Thread the stuffed Chicken drumsticks and put into Tandoor, cook it well and serve with Green chutney and Lachha salad.
