INGREDIENTS
- 2 Nos Tangadi skinless chicken
- Hung Curd (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- ½ tsp regular salt
- 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- ¾ tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- 1/2 tsp black crush pepper
- 1/2 tsp kasoori methi pdr
- lemon if required
- Chicken mince 100gm
- chilly powder 1 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- cumin powder 1/4 tsp
- Amul cheese 40 gm
- salt as per taste
- fresh coriander 2gm
- ghee 5 gm
- onion 5 gm
PREPARATION
- Take a pan heat pan add ghee add onion saute till golden brown. Then add chicken mince and other ingredients and cook well. keep aside.
- Add amul cheese and Mix well in Tandoori red Masala.
- Thread the stuffed Chicken drumsticks and put into Tandoor, cook it well and serve with Green chutney and Lachha salad.
