If you're sitting on the couch, relaxing, after a new year extravaganza or after a hearty Sankranti celebration, you'd know how run down one can feel after the celebrations. En plus your body needs its healthy refreshments to supply energy to work after the festivities.


Therefore, let's look at a healthy recipe to rejuvenate your body from all the Desi ghee foods you had.


INGREDIENTS

2 beaten eggs

3tsp addition protein (if desired)

½ cup veggies (broccoli, tomatoes, 

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp turmeric

¼ tsp chilli powder


This omelette preparation was first originated in the eastern states of our country.


For this first you need to heat a pan on high heat and add beaten eggs. Then add some additional protein and the veggies. Cover it and turn the heat to medium to allow it to cook for about 5 minutes. Timely keep adding salt, pepper, turmeric and chilli powder as per your taste. Cook until the eggs are firm and serve.
