STIR FRIED SHEZUAN MUSHROOMS

Mushrooms are tremendously rich in the B vitamins namely riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid. This combination helps to protect our heart from various health problems.

Let's have a look at this Chinese preparation of mushrooms.

INGREDIENTS

200 gm mushrooms- each cut into half 

2 cups spring onion chopped with the greens 2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp chopped garlic 


MIX TOGETHER IN A BOWL 

4 tbsp schezwan sauce 

2 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tsp honey (optional)

¼ tsp salt or to taste

1 tsp All-in-one stir fry sauce

4 Cups of water 


PREPARATION

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add garlic and stir for 2 minute. Add spring onions and cook for about 2 minutes till slightly soft. 

Add the mushrooms and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutestill golden. Reduce heat. 

Pour the mixed sauces over the mushrooms and stir to coat mushrooms with the sauces. Remove from heat. Serve hot.
