When you come back from work don't you wish for a short yet rejuvenating smoothie recipe to bring all your energy back? Hmm, why don't you try out this kiwi mint smoothie. It's perfect for these hot summers
(It even has ice cream in it ;)
For this you would need:
1 finely chopped soft ripe kiwi
2 tbsp mint leaves
4 tbsp khus syrup
4 tbsp vanilla ice cream
1 cup cold milk
1 cup of Sprite
Initially you need to blend the kiwi, mint leaves and Khus syrup until it becomes smooth. Then add the ice cream of your choice and some milk to the blender. Pour it into 2 glasses and top it with some Sprite. Don't forget to serve it garnished with mint!
