Hey folks! Hope you're having a wonderful day. This week got me pondering over the fact what would one do if they try a new  recipe and it does not turn out good. Professionals would say they would never give up even if it does not work out and won't lose heart. They would stand up and try again, till they achieve what they need. But not all of us are professionals right? Commoners like us need a detailed layout on how it's to be done.

Let me give you all an insight into how this particular preparation of white sauce pasta is made.

For this you will need:

1pkt pasta shells

½ cup cubed butter

½ cup flour

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp pepper

¼ tsp salt

4 cups of milk

2 cups mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese. (Normal pasta cheese or buffet cheese would do)

Firstly you'll have to boil pasta in a pan and drain it. In another pan melt butter, flour, seasonings and gradually mix it with milk. Cook this for about 20 minutes. After that remove it from heat and stir till all of the cheese has melted. Add it to pasta and toss to coat!
