Description : Horse Gram is organically grown and unpolished. Horsegram or Kollu is a household staple of the Kongu region. It is protein-rich, high powered lentil. It is great to prepare Kollu Rasam, dals, sandals, curries and salads. The lentil is best cooked when soaked overnight or for a couple of hours before pressure cooking it with a 1:3 ratio for about ten whistles. It is 100% Pure High Quality Horse Gram.
