MTR Sambar original

Description : MTR Sambar powder is a mix of spices particularly the southern states as a flavour enhancing ingredient while preparing sambar. This MTR special sambar mix of spice is used in a little quantity at the end of cooking to add a subtle taste and to enhance the flavour to the cooked lentils. It is utilised to create the sambar very peppery.

Ingredients : It is made with Red Gram Dal, Salt, Tamarind Concentrate, Coriander, Sugar, Rice, Edible Vegetable Oil, Red Chilli, Cumin, Curry leaves, Mustard, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Cinnamon and Asafoetida.
