Pantai Dark Soya Sauce is a superior sauce that is enriched with soybeen flavour. It is perfect for marinating, stewing, gravy, making and colour coating of food, especially for meat dishes. It is often mixed with molasses or caramel and a bit of cornstarch. Pantai Dark Soy Sauce is much darker than light soy sauce.
