Description : Coccinia or Tindora is crunchy with a mild bitter after taste. The matured ones taste even sweeter. It has translucent white flesh with seeds embedded that turns red on ripening. They are oval to elongated with thick and light green skin. It protects your nervous system and prevents kidney stones. It also helps in improving metabolism and reducing fat. It acts as an anti bacterial agent.
